Our Mission
The mission of the Food For All Committee is to encourage student voices to be heard when it comes to sustainability in food on our campus. We believe that everyone should be able to have access to quality nutrition as a human right, have the ability to source food and have the right to understand the impact of the food choices that we make every day.
Our committee focuses on food insecurity, by serving our University’s Campus Pantry, as well as nutrition sustainability, education and outreach, sustainable food systems implementation on our campus, growth of the UA Farmer’s Market, UA Food Day, building a Food Recovery Network, working with local chefs and farmers to promote Tucson’s City of Gastronomy Designation in terms of food locality, history and sustainability, and so much more.
